astor Stephen Crane was born into a pastor/evangelist's home, and as a young boy, helped his family plant and minister to over 20 churches throughout the Southeast.

Pastor Crane holds a Doctorate in Theology, he has served on the mission field in Romania, and has been serving the great people of Temple Baptist Church since 1997.

Pastor Crane and his wife, Valerie, have four grown children and many grandchildren serving the Lord in many different ways.  

It is the hope of Pastor and Mrs. Crane to be a blessing to others and a light for the people of Gulfport to see Jesus through Temple Baptist Church.  They have a love for worldwide missions and claim John 12:32 for their ministry:

"And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
